The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders across the organization. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to present insights on business performance and financial and strategic planning. Essential duties include providing support to various organizations, researching and analyzing findings, implementing and improving tools and reports, monitoring report results, analyzing trends, and partnering with leaders. The role also involves participating in the annual budget process, driving process improvement, and analyzing financial impacts of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities. Requires a bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. MBA or masterโ€™s degree preferred.
