Product Owner

DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the continued development of our SaaS Telecom Expense Management platform. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of features. You will be responsible for ensuring that the platform delivers value to our customers and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. Duties include defining product vision, managing backlog, gathering requirements, and planning sprints. Collaboration with stakeholders, feature prioritization, customer feedback integration, and data-driven decisions are essential, as is go-to-market support and quality assurance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, ideally with SaaS platform experience. Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, technical understanding (Python preferred), and proficiency with backlog management tools are required. Experience in telecom expense management is highly desirable.
