Invisible is looking for a contract recruiter who can ramp hundreds of specialized AI Trainer roles, such as linguists, domain PhDs, and software engineers. The role requires someone who can work at start-up speed while safeguarding candidate quality and experience. The job involves keeping the trainer pipeline ahead of demand by blending high-volume sourcing tactics with white-glove candidate care. In this role, you will partner closely with marketplace leadership and project operations to forecast hiring spikes, define trainer profiles, and build SLA-driven recruiting plans. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job ads and sourcing passive talent to screening, interview orchestration, and offer negotiation. You’ll track time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and candidate NPS, presenting weekly insights and adjustments.
