Responsibilities:
- Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes.
- Evaluate business process changes to identify impacts and benefits, and conduct interviews to gather requirements.
- Create workflow diagrams, review technical deliverables, and provide training and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, analytics, and presenting solution recommendations.
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, business case preparation, and project planning techniques.
