Responsibilities:
- Perform current state process mapping and assess adherence to policies and procedures.
- Design future state processes including process improvement, redesign, and transformation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and create reporting decks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of business process modeling experience.
- 5+ years of financial services experience.
- Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks, and Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $75-$150 per hour based on experience.
