Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve the month-end close and forecasting process.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s operating model across revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash.
- Develop scenario models to support planning, investment decisions, and board discussions.
Business Performance:
- Provide leadership with clear insights into company performance and key drivers.
- Lead financial budget versus actual performance reviews with the executive team.
- Translate financial results into actionable insights and develop executive-ready KPI reports.
Strategic Growth:
- Support leadership in evaluating the company’s most important strategic decisions.
- Partner with the executive team to evaluate new products, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Leverage data to enhance decision-making and help guide critical strategic choices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ in investment banking, VC/PE, or consulting.
- 2+ years in a healthcare startup focused on FP&A or Strategic Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and advanced proficiency in Excel.
