Job Description
As a data-driven business, the Retail Support Specialist will be key to supporting our growing client accounts in Seller Central and Vendor Central. Your contribution is critical for our clients and will consist of the following tasks and activities:
Partner with account managers and marketplace specialists to address and resolve retail-related issues in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Be responsible for the successful launch of ASINs in various marketplaces, including troubleshooting issues on variations, pricing, attributes, etc.
Be the first line of defence against account-related issues and be able to communicate and collaborate with the greater team to resolve such challenges.
