- Owns the entire BD lifecycle, from opportunity identification and teaming strategies through proposal submission, ensuring growth within the Defense and Intelligence markets.
- Develops and executes effective growth strategies to identify, qualify, and win large, full and open contracts, collaborating closely with proposal, capture, and technical teams.
- Engages key stakeholders using an established network, builds new connections, and provides insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes to influence positioning.

Qualifications:
- Requires a B.S./B.A. degree and 7+ years of experience in business development within the Defense and Intelligence community, with a focus on information technology and cybersecurity solutions.
- Must have demonstrated success in securing large, full and open federal contracts as a prime contractor, strong connections with Defense and Intelligence decision-makers, and experience with key contract vehicles.
- U.S. Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance, along with skills in developing sales collateral, managing pipeline data, and leading capture teams.
