Backend Engineer

This individual will report into our Full Stack Team Lead and have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance our e-commerce platform and internal operations, while honing your skills in backend and full stack development. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs, and designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software applications. The role also involves developing and enhancing internal tools and applications to improve company operations, ensuring system reliability, optimizing application performance, and implementing best practices for scalability. Candidates should continuously improve existing codebases, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful API design is essential.
