Role Overview:
- Lead complex features that span multiple workstreams and shape technical direction.
- Use AI coding agents to deliver features across parallel workstreams.
What You'll Do:
- Specify intent, delegate execution to agents, and verify and integrate their output.
- Influence product decisions and co-create specifications with product, design, and support.
- Mentor engineers on agentic craft and raise how the team specifies, delegates, and verifies.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping customer-facing software.
- Depth in context engineering and designing agent workflows for parallel execution.
- Strong threat-modeling and security vulnerability identification skills.
