Chief Product and Technology Officer

**About the Role:**

• The Chief Product and Technology Officer will set product and technology bets, build the organization to deliver them, and prove health outcomes.
• This role owns product management, product marketing, design, engineering, data, and user research, and reports to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and develop a team of 30+ across multiple functions, ensuring high performance and succession.
• Decide where to place product and technology bets to maximize health equity impact, articulating tradeoffs.
• Own adoption, intellectual property, and technical partnerships to scale impact.

**What You Will Achieve:**

• Within 30 days: Build a first-hand view, name an assumption changed, and deliver an honest diagnostic.
• Within 60 days: Set direction, deliver a strategy draft, and agree on an experiment.
• Within 90 days: Develop a plan to support technology for health equity, including AI acceleration and partnerships.
