Procurement Lead

The Procurement Lead will be responsible for the entire procurement and contract lifecycle related to connectivity and data center services. This involves managing everything from initial sourcing and supplier onboarding to contract negotiations, execution, and ongoing performance management. A hands-on approach is crucial, with a focus on achieving operational excellence, ensuring timely contract renewals, controlling costs, and enforcing supplier compliance. The Procurement Lead will also contribute to developing category strategies and manage a small team to maintain reliable and efficient procurement operations that align with the company's overall objectives. Day-to-day guidance to the procurement team, ensuring high performance and professional development is also a component of the role. Also acting as an escalation point for supplier or contractual issues impacting delivery timelines or budgets.
