Key Responsibilities:
- Stand up projects end-to-end, defining clear scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance model.
- Create and maintain project governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan).
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience in consulting or agency environment.
- Strong working knowledge of tech stacks and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
Nice to Have:
- PMP, CSM or other relevant certifications.
- Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments.
