As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic and operational backbone of the GTM team. In this role, you’ll architect and manage the systems, processes, and strategies that power our revenue engine. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline the quote-to-cash workflow, and deliver actionable insights that accelerate growth. You’ll be a critical player in driving operational excellence and enabling scale across the full revenue lifecycle – from pipeline generation to billing. Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to support accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting and BI. Deliver timely performance, attribution, and forecast reporting to support executive planning, priority-setting and board reporting. Own and optimize the systems infrastructure for forecasting, pipeline management, contract execution, and billing operations. Streamline sales workflows to improve lead management and pipeline accuracy, partnering with sales leaders to remove friction and boost deal velocity.
