Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed architectural designs, blueprints, and artifacts within the solution architecture stream.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide constructive feedback on solution designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the design of scalable, efficient, and secure technical architectures for complex enterprise-level solutions.

Client and Strategy:

  • Manage and develop strong client relationships to drive negotiations, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical experts to gather requirements and ensure customer expectations match technical capabilities.
  • Oversee the prioritization and development of roadmaps to address system gaps in line with strategic objectives.

Leadership and Development:

  • Provide strategic architectural guidance to Smile and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide other solutions architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential risks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
