Engineering Manager, Clearing

The team is responsible clearing process related to online authorizations for multiple card brands like: visa, mastercard, rupay and elo. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team, focused on people development, technical quality, and operational excellence. This person will play a crucial role in scaling both people and systems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Hire, mentor, and grow engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback, with a strong focus on high performance. Keep the team engaged, motivated, and consistently challenged to exceed expectations. Develop deep product knowledge and support your team in doing the same. Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure ownership and accountability. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges. Ensure adherence to development best practices: code quality, PR reviews, test coverage, performance, resilience, and security. Make assertive decisions under pressure and within tight constraints. Work directly with international teams and clients when needed. Monitor team services and newly released features in production, always aiming to meet or exceed SLOs/SLAs.
