The Opportunity:

• You will join Fusion, our platform engineering team, building a composable, event-driven platform that turns vendor sprawl into a coherent foundation.
• This is a high-ownership engineering role working on event-driven architecture, reconciliation, idempotency, and observability.

What You'll Do:

• Own internal tools end to end from understanding the operational problem through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Build and maintain workflow automation and business process orchestration as named, observable flows.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards, playbooks, and internal tooling.

Who You Are:

• Typically 3-9 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery and backend engineering proficiency in Python or Go.
• Proficient in TypeScript/React, cloud infrastructure on GCP, and API/systems integration with security baseline practices.
• Actively use AI tooling across the full SDLC and review AI-generated output critically for correctness, security, and type safety.
