Software Engineer – Product Quality & Reliability

About the Role:

• Help improve the reliability, usability, and overall quality of a production web application.
• Work across the application to investigate unexpected behavior and implement code-level improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Reproduce unexpected application behavior and identify the underlying technical cause.
• Use logs, monitoring tools, and error-tracking platforms to diagnose production problems.
