Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer app issues end-to-end, including debugging, fixing, and advising.
  • Improve product by updating platform to prevent issues recurring.
  • Maintain knowledge base and automate support workflows.

Skills:

  • Strong TypeScript and React background.
  • Modern web app fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, auth, databases).
  • Proven ability to debug production issues.
  • Excellent written communication.

Timezone and Location:

  • Must be in Europe, Middle East, or Africa, and/or willing to work GMT+2 hours.
