About the Role:
- Own and improve Braze, Hightouch, and MarTech platforms as shared infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Acquisition, Product, and Data to deliver reliable platform capabilities.
- Standardize campaign architecture and integrations across Braze, Snowflake, Salesforce, and email vendors.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of MarTech engineering experience with journey orchestration and CDP tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and full-stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $145,000 - $165,000 USD annually.
- Unlimited vacation, 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, and 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
