Service Product Engineer

Position Summary:

• Interface with field sales, customers, engineering, project management, and service branches.
• Perform field engineering inspections and generate reports from gathered data.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports communicating all aspects of field inspection and engineering analysis.
• Provide solutions such as Rail Q, Crane Geometric, CRS inspection reports, and alignments.

Qualifications:

• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with experience in producing professional documents.
• BSME, BSMET, or other technical engineering field preferred; applicable experience considered.
