Wild Alaskan Company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include daily campaign management and optimization, budget allocation, bidding management, and ad creative optimization. They will analyze campaign performance using key metrics and attribution tools, identifying insights to optimize spend and drive growth.
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead test-and-learn strategies for ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages. They will partner with the creative team, data & analytics team, and external agencies, managing the end-to-end creator platform process and leading strategic meetings with channel partners. The role requires 5+ years of experience scaling ROI positive ecommerce performance campaigns across multiple digital channels and proficiency with Meta and Google platforms. The starting salary range is $75,000 - $110,000.
