Position Summary:
- Audigy provides practice management consulting services for ENT practices across the country.
- In this role, you’ll bring proven approaches to help members strengthen core operations and ancillary service lines.
- You’ll work alongside Practice Management Consultants, providing ENT-specific depth to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key member of the Audigy Medical Strategic Business Unit for assigned ENT practices.
- Build credible connections with ENT physicians and leadership teams.
- Advise on operational workflows, billing processes, and revenue-cycle performance.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in ENT or otolaryngology practice settings.
- Broad knowledge of financial management, administrative workflows, and compliance basics.
- Proficiency in ENT-relevant EHR systems and comfort with up to 25% travel.
