Project Manager- Customer Implementations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive program/project plans, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring progress aligns with milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering and product management to execute strategies and resolve project roadblocks.
• Directly manage a team of technical and business resources for the successful delivery of the HealthRules product suite.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with over 8 years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-class, billable software delivery projects in the healthcare industry.
• Must have healthcare payer and/or care management software implementation experience and general understanding of payer workflows.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and influence teams without direct authority.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time, remote position allowing you to live anywhere in the U.S., though it requires working across multiple time zones.
• The role involves long periods of sitting or standing in front of a computer and may require occasional travel dependent on company needs.
