Key Responsibilities:

- Teach core concepts across Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
- Provide practical insights into real-world deal workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Leveraged Finance, or Syndicate at a top-tier investment bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of capital markets dynamics and investor demand.
- Strong enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.
