Sr. Software Engineer - Customer Facing Applied AI

The Role:

• The Applied AI team works embedded with strategic clients to identify where AI can change workflows and build those capabilities from scratch.
• You will build agentic systems from idea through production, sitting close to users to iterate quickly.

What You'll Do:

• Build AI-powered agents and tools end-to-end: identify problems, prototype, evaluate rigorously, and ship to production.
• Design and implement LLM integrations including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and retrieval-augmented workflows.
• Work directly with clients to understand workflows, validate AI behavior, and iterate toward production quality.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and LLM APIs.
• Comfortable with SQL, AI-assisted development tools, and building from zero to one with a bias for action.
