Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the translation of operational requirements into executable contracts with clear scope and commercial terms.
- Negotiate agreements to align pricing, service levels, and risk allocation with site-specific needs.
- Structure performance-based frameworks including KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner closely with site leadership and operational teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual considerations.
- Provide real-time guidance and coaching to site teams on vendor engagement and commercial best practices.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and refine templates and playbooks to standardize contracting approaches and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, service efficiency, and enhanced contract clarity across the portfolio.
- Support end-to-end contract execution, ensuring alignment with internal systems and documentation standards.
