Technical Writer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and improve clear, structured, and user-focused technical documentation across products and systems.
• Analyze technical requirements, specifications, APIs, and system behavior to produce accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to gather and validate technical information.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Proven experience creating user-facing and developer-focused documentation.
• Familiarity with documentation platforms like Confluence, Notion, or Document360 and project management tools like Jira.
