Delivery Ownership:
- Build and maintain cross-team delivery visibility, surfacing risks and bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Validate delivery plans are realistic, transparent, and tied to business priorities, tracking progress with evidence-based metrics.
Quality & Process:
- Work with engineering and QA leads to define and enforce Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and quality gates.
- Track cross-team dependencies, ensure blockers are owned and resolved, and drive fact-based escalations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Communication:
- Build delivery scorecards for external teams, covering predictability, quality, and responsiveness.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
