Role Overview:
- Lead regulatory reviews of product labels, packaging, and marketing materials for compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.
- Evaluate claim substantiation and assess regulatory risk for diverse product categories.
- Support the development of the MRS practice through client relationship management and team mentorship.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or Compliance within food or dietary supplement industries.
- 8+ years of direct labeling and claims review experience with deep knowledge of 21 CFR Part 101.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
