We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - SRE to increase reliability of our Cloud databases based on Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope.
You will operate at the intersection of customer needs, production systems, and product engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner closely with product engineering squads to own production reliability for high-SLA customer environments.
Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices and meet SLO targets.
Lead incident response and post-incident reviews, contributing to design docs and code reviews.

Requirements:

6+ years engineering experience with 3+ in SRE and strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with Go, Python, Linux internals, and SLO design.
Calm participation in blame-free incident response and ability to reason about performance and scaling.
