ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This role is the clinical translation layer between AKASA’s product and the engineering team.
- You will take complex clinical scenarios and translate them into clinically grounded input for engineering.
- This role reports directly to the VP of Clinical Strategy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A subject matter expert with a bedside clinical background and knowledge of CDI end to end.
- Experience with PDSA process improvement cycles or nursing informatics research is a plus.
- The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and comfortable brainstorming in a group.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work cross-functionally across strategy, engineering, and marketing to appraise clinical foundations.
- Independently analyze clinical cases and design digital experiments.
- Develop Revenue Cycle training specification documents for internal and customer-facing use.
