Lead Product Designer

You’ve spent 7+ years designing SaaS products, and you’re now ready to shape not just great interfaces—but great design culture. As a design leader, you’ll mentor other designers, partner deeply with PMs and engineers, and play a central role in defining our design direction. You’ll connect high-level strategy to detailed execution and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to make confident design decisions. Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars. Drive design quality reviews and own standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency. Influence the product vision through storytelling, data synthesis, and user empathy. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring cohesive experiences across surfaces and devices. Skilled at balancing speed, detail, and scalability in design execution. Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design.
