Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Functional)

Accountabilities:

• Apply advanced manual testing techniques and define comprehensive testing strategies for complex projects.
• Execute functional, exploratory, security, regression, and integration testing; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor QA professionals, review user stories, and maintain testing metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong manual testing experience in financial services or retirement industry.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience testing web services with tools like SOAP UI or Swagger.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead and mentor QA teams.
