Senior Pre-Sales Engineering

You will work closely with our Sales team to support all technical aspects of the sales process. From initial technical discovery to building customized solutions, live demos, and integration deep-dives — you’ll be critical to helping us win new business and ensure a smooth handoff to post-sales and implementation teams. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you will also lay the groundwork for our future Sales Engineering team, shaping processes, playbooks, and technical sales assets. Responsibilities include leading technical pre-sales conversations, refining the technical discovery process, developing technical assets, staying updated on new products, conducting live product demonstrations, and supporting RFPs. The role requires a deep understanding of the online payments ecosystem across multiple LatAm countries, along with strong technical knowledge of APIs, SDKs, fraud prevention, and related technologies.
