Joining Sona’s Talent team is an ideal role for someone excited to make an impact on an early-stage Talent function at a high-growth startup and work directly with our most senior leaders to grow an exceptional commercial team. You’ll be one of a two-person team with a broad hiring remit in either commercial or product and engineering hiring. Speed is everything at Sona and, in Talent, our goal is to make the very best hire we can for every position in the team. To excel, you’ll need to learn Sona inside out, to help you identify the candidates who will bring the most to our team and share the information they need to be excited to join us! We’re looking for someone with the ability to deliver on a handful of roles in parallel with a focus on speed and quality, a data-driven approach to building pipelines and advising the team, and a commitment to hiring experiences that leave candidates confident Sona is the right place for them.
