About the Role:
- Build a suite of tokenized equity capital markets products from the ground up.
- Support the full product lifecycle conducting due diligence and building commercial models.
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment with initiative and ownership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in equity capital markets or investment banking.
- Solid understanding of public and private capital raises like IPOs and follow-on offerings.
- Strong financial modeling, quantitative skills, and excellent communication for institutional-quality outputs.
