Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Primarily support hiring needs across Business / Commercial BUs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 companies.
• Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
