Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for all technical roles, from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and improving hiring workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data).
  • Proven track record in fast-paced tech environments, with deep full-lifecycle recruitment skills.
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools; agency and in-house background preferred.
