About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced executive recruiter for a 6-month contract to assist in our executive search initiatives.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, high-impact leadership positions.
- This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Americas timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced and creative search strategies to identify and engage passive executive talent.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders, and lead client update meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools and compensation trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation.
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Track record of strong stakeholder management and using data and analytics to inform decisions.
