What You'll Do:
- Lead proactive executive talent mapping and pipeline development aligned to current and future business priorities.
- Partner with TA leadership and senior stakeholders to define success profiles, target companies, and talent strategies.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate passive executive talent through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive sourcing, executive research or retained search environments.
- Strong ability to map industries, identify talent pools, and influence executive candidates.
- Strong Business Acumen and exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
