Responsibilities:
- Originate and source deals by identifying and engaging issuers, companies, and partners.
- Own external relationships and act as primary point of contact.
- Negotiate deals and lead commercial negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or ECM origination.
- Established network across VC/PE, investment banking, and institutional relationships.
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing deals.
