Identify, evaluate, and support acquisition opportunities across local and national media, with a focus on subscription-driven businesses. This role blends research, analytics, and strategic insight to fuel Axios’ expansion strategy and help us scale our impact in a rapidly changing media landscape. Responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, and due diligence support.

Work closely with our Strategy and Business Development team, researching and analyzing new or evolving markets, potential partners, and competitors, leveraging strong quantitative and analytical skills. Present findings to senior executives. Be a strategic thinker who can execute a broad research request.
