Fuel Ecosystem Growth & Partnerships by hunting and closing strategic partnerships that supercharge Flow’s growth. Develop go-to-market strategies for Flow’s most exciting projects. Build and nurture relationships with top-tier venture capital firms, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Develop investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models that fuel Flow’s expansion.

We are looking to add a driven, senior-level professional with a background in reinsurance deal origination, investment banking, strategic advisory, or consulting in the re/insurance space. As part of the team responsible for all aspects of growing this asset class, this candidate will drive the business development and transaction execution efforts with large insurance and reinsurance companies.

The Senior Associate will work with the Managing Director to launch and drive the business in the Middle East, shaping strategic initiatives, developing commercial partnerships, and supporting investments, particularly within the Web3 space, requiring a background in strategy consulting or investment banking/VC, plus business development exposure at a tech or Web3 firm.
