Job Description
The Digital Product Manager is needed to improve how Marketing finds, governs, and delivers digital assets at scale. This individual will own a focused slice of ServiceNow's asset management capabilities, working hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (Cloud DAM), Dynamic Media, Adobe Content Hub, and Workfront to streamline intake, metadata, governance, and delivery for ServiceNow's marketers and downstream channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Adobe content and asset management technologies and experience owning asset management systems. They will also explore practical AI enhancements (e.g., auto-tagging, intelligent deduplication, asset recommendations, and quality checks) with clear guardrails and value hypotheses.
The responsibilities include owning a capability backlog for marketing asset management, running focused discovery with marketers, shipping improvements with Adobe tech, piloting AI use cases, measuring adoption & outcomes, strengthening governance, partnering smartly with various teams, and contributing to the roadmap.
