Litigation Paralegal

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas office. The qualified candidate must have 3 or more years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal, preferably in a large law firm setting. Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, all other professional staff. Provide support to attorneys with drafting pleadings, conducting factual and legal research, document review/analysis, preparing productions, preparing for hearings, depositions and mediations. Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery. Research, organize and summarize records, as needed, to assist in data gathering, including organizing of information and documents in databases. Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses. Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits and coordinating witnesses, coordinating requests with outside vendors, and live trial support. Other duties as assigned. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
