Application Engineer (Full-Stack)

Truss tackles tough technical problems for clients in the private sector and government. They use modern development practices to build software, streamline infrastructure, and train others through exposure to our teams, earning a reputation of pragmatism, autonomy, expertise, and trust. Truss is looking for a skilled, hands-on, senior software engineer with strong backend Java knowledge. This person will be expected to get up to speed on complex code and tax logic quickly and mostly independently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a fast pace project that expects constant delivery. The work is meaningful and the team is dedicated but it can be challenging and everyone is expected to perform and contribute at a high level.
