We are seeking a strategic and analytical Total Rewards Manager to join our People Infrastructure team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of our global total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, and equity—while building scalable, insights-driven analytics that inform our People strategies and business decisions. You will work closely with the Director of People Infrastructure and partner closely and collaborate with the People team, as well as Finance, and other senior leaders across the company to ensure our programs are data-informed, future-focused, and aligned with company goals.
