Job Description
You will own and improve marketing systems and processes, with a focus on automation, attribution, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include building and managing reporting dashboards for KPIs across channels, partnering with leadership to build forecasting models, and maintaining and optimizing Pardot and Salesforce. You will also identify and implement new tools that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing productivity; develop standard operating procedures; and monitor data integrity. This role supports new growth initiatives and leads cross-functional data projects.
