Job Description
Truss is offering a unique opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for our clients, help our teams navigate the Federal procurement lifecycle, and deepen our relationships with key Federal partners. You will be responsible for creating strong relationships between our clients and teams.
You will own contracting relationships personally, you will also partner with project team leadership to help them establish, manage and deepen other client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and partner with Truss’s Growth team to pursue them.
The Account Manager will be responsible for contract operations & staffing support for project teams, client relationship management, and growth & strategic expansion. The role involves navigating federal contracting bureaucracy, understanding technical concepts, and building long-term client relationships.
