Role Overview:
- Support a Department of Veterans Affairs project by designing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to configure features and ensure scalable, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation.
- Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
